Fort Lauderdale, October 30, 2024 – Living in Riva style, surrounded by the hallmarks, wood varieties and materials featured for over 182 years in the universe of the world’s most famous boat brand. This is the philosophy of the Riva Brand Experience, which embraces design, apparel and the home experience.
 
After the successful experiences developed over the years, Riva has launched a fantastic new project: ‘Riva Residenze’, which takes the international boat icon into the world of luxury living.
 
‘Riva Residenze’ is the first Riva Brand Experience living concept in the luxury living sector, while there are already over ten Riva Lounges in the most exclusive destinations for the international jet set, including Porto Cervo, Puerto Banus, Mykonos, Paris, Venice and Monte Carlo.
The location of the first 'Riva Residenze’ project is the yachting capital of the USA, Fort Lauderdale, near the Ferretti Group America Showroom. The project developed with Ocean Harbor Holdings involves a residential tower made up of 36 exclusive apartments with interior design solutions by Riva, the signature features of which can also be admired on the main façade in the form of ribbed mahogany and steel elements.

‘Riva Residenze’ joins the other initiatives that enhance the value of Riva’s heritage and appeal: Riva Boutique, which offers a collection of apparel, high-quality accessories, collectibles and design objects inspired by the world of boats; Riva Classiche, the Boat Service founded by Carlo Riva in 1957, which provides ongoing assistance to the owners of vintage Riva boats and restores powerboats using the Sarnico-based yard's signature techniques, materials and 182 years of experience.
 
With ‘Riva Residenze’, Riva and Ferretti Group continue to explore new business areas and ground-breaking designs, offering customers and enthusiasts the chance to dive into a universe of incomparable elegance both at sea and on dry land.
