- C.9.1.3.1 – Information and relationships: in some cases, the structure or meaning of the content is purely visual and cannot be read by assistive technologies.
- C.9.1.4.3 – Minimum contrast: text and text-based images do not always have sufficient contrast (excluding logos).
- C.9.1.4.10 – Flow recalculation: content that does not require a 2D layout is not rearranged when the screen changes size.

- C.9.3.3.2 – Labels or instructions: where the user is required to enter data, there are no labels or instructions.
- C.9.4.1.2 – Name, role, value: some components do not correctly expose the name, role, status or value to assistive technologies, or do not notify them of changes.
- C.9.4.1.3 – Status messages: some status messages cannot be announced by assistive technologies without a change of focus.
