Four aces for Ferretti Group at the Monaco Yacht Show 2015

Monaco, 24th September 2015 – A sparkling new international showcase for Ferretti Group, who carry on with the autumn nautical events with their participation in the 2015 edition of the Monaco Yacht Show, the largest European exhibition dedicated to megayachts and pleasure boats, continuing through 26th September at Montecarlo’s Port Hercules.

For the 25th edition of the show, Ferretti Group has lined up 3 world premieres, M/Y Yalla 73m, M/Y Saramour 61m and M/Y Atlante 55m, all built by CRN, and the Custom Line flagship, the 124’. Four entirely customised super and megayachts, a further demonstration of the DNA of Ferretti Group, who have always been pioneers in the research and construction of innovative design solutions that combine industrial production efficiency and Made in Italy quality craftsmanship.

In the charming setting of the Riva Aquarama Lounge, Ferretti Group CEO Alberto Galassi presented the projects for the upcoming Pershing and Custom Line flagships, the new megayachts currently in the planning stage at CRN, and the latest updates for Riva’s Superyachts Division.

“The worldwide nautical market is hungry for new products and requires continuous updating of the range,” stated Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group. “Our commitment is to continue with determination, in the name of innovation, to imagine, design, and build the most beautiful boats in the world. We are also investing capital, resources, and energies in the super and megayacht segment with four of our brands, Custom Line, Riva, CRN, and now also Pershing, which are all different in terms of style and positioning but share the same vocation for excellence.”

The new Pershing 140 flagship marks the entry of the brand that symbolises performance and style – this year celebrating its 30th anniversary – into the segment of light alloy superyachts. The vessel represents another revolutionary moment for a brand that has made cutting-edge technology and innovation its mission.

Navetta 37, on the other hand, is the new semi-displacement flagship by Custom Line. This powerful and dynamic megayacht has already seduced the international market just under a year before its official debut, which will take place in summer 2016 when the brand celebrates its first 20 years in business.

During the press conference, in addition to the three world premieres on display at the Monaco Yacht Show, CRN also presented their new megayachts currently in the design stage and soon to be built, along with the various collaborations with some of the most important Italian and international naval architecture firms.

In addition, exactly one year from its official debut, Riva’s Superyachts Division presented the first progress report and developments: two different lines destined to grow in parallel on different naval platforms, from 50 to 60 and 70 m, up to 90 metres long.
The first line will be characterised by classic, timeless forms inspired by the legendary history of the brand.
The second, sportier and more aggressive, will evoke the latest generation of Riva coupés, which led to the creation of masterpieces like the recent 76’ Perseo and 88’ Domino Super.
The evolution of this fleet is under the care of an ad hoc engineering and design team that is already at work alongside the Riva Sales&Marketing team and designer Mauro Micheli and Officina Italiana Design, the firm that for over twenty years has placed its unmistakable signature on all the yachts built by Riva.

THE THREE FERRETTI GROUP WORLD PREMIERES AT THE 25TH EDITION OF THE MONACO YACHT SHOW

M/Y YALLA 73 M

M/Y Yalla 73m is the first CRN yacht built on a naval platform 13 metres wide. Characterised by extremely sleek and sporty lines, this jewel of the sea features advanced CRN design solutions conceived for fostering conviviality and social life on board. One example of many is the innovative wellness area on the lower deck featuring a beach club with a large pool and fitness area.
Spanning 4 decks, CRN’s Yalla megayacht was designed and built entirely in the Ancona shipyard in collaboration with Omega Architects, who designed the exterior, and Droulers Architecture, who were responsible for the interior design and decor.

M/Y SARAMOUR 61 M

M/Y Saramour 61m is the first CRN megayacht bearing the signature of Francesco Paszkowski Design. At 61 metres long and 11 metres wide, spanning 5 decks, the vessel features timeless design thanks to the exterior lines that underscore an aesthetic language oriented towards the unity of forms and a minimalist interior decor designed to enhance the precious collection of art on board. For the first time on a CRN yacht of this size, Saramour features a deck dedicated entirely to the owner. The suite opens onto an exclusive outdoor area with a private pool, providing the best on-board living experience in absolute privacy. To offer guests the maximum in terms of comfort and services, Saramour’s two symmetrical garages – located on the lower deck – house two large tenders.

M/Y ATLANTE 55 M

Resulting from the excellent work with Studio Nuvolari Lenard, who designed the exterior lines, and the CRN Technical Office, who oversaw the naval design, M/Y Atlante, 55 metres long and 11 metres wide, is characterised by an intentionally very strong stylistic identity, drawing inspiration from the style elements typical of military ships. Squared forms, angular lines, and innovative solutions: these are the distinctive traits of the new vessel from the Ancona shipyard, which spans 4 decks, all to be discovered in their originality.
