Established in 1988 and held at the ultra-exclusive Fisher Island in Miami, Florida, the Boys and Girls Rendezvous is an extravaganza of theme parties, a black-tie gala, entertainment, yacht hops, celebrity guests, auctions and activities, that hosts some of the most beautiful mega-yachts on the sea today. Held this year from 9th to 12th November and organized by Showboats International, beside the mega-yachts that participated to the Rendezvous there was also an Aquariva. The purpose of the event is to sustain the Boys&Girls Clubs, a non-profit private agency which help young people age 7-17 improve their lives by building self-esteem and develop values and skills during their critical period of growth. MarineMax, a sponsor of this years event and the exclusive dealer for Riva is the US, presented the 33 foot Aquariva, the only boat featured in its size class at the Rendezvous. Docked at a premier location, it was the perfect backdrop amongst the sea of mega-yachts.
